Stu Lamont with Fred Wilken in the Mosport pits with the Lola Mark 1a with BMW power. Notice larger hood "blister" to clear the engine. The exhaust also exited on teh drivers side, opposite of that of the original Ford engine. Finally, the rear fenders have been cut out to clear the larger wheels and tires.

Stu's drivers suit is quite unique in this photo. He purchased it at a mechanics auction held after the Canadian Grand Prix at Mosport (used to raise money for causes such as F1 widows etc.). The driving suit was Jody Scheckters "Brooklyn Chewing Gum" adorned suit he had donated to the auction.
